Acceptable Use & User Content Guidelines

These guidelines apply to your use of HugeShop, including any content you submit (reviews, images, profile info, messages, support tickets, or other submissions).

You must not

1. Break any law or encourage illegal activity
2. Upload or share content that is threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
3. Post pornography or sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)
4. Post violent or graphic content designed to shock or harm
5. Promote self-harm, suicide, or eating disorder encouragement content
6. Attempt fraud, scams, phishing, or deception
7. Post spam, fake reviews, or manipulated ratings
8. Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access to systems
9. Infringe intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, designs)
10. Share personal information of others without consent

Reviews and ratings (quality expectations)

1. Reviews must reflect genuine experience and be relevant to the product
2. Incentivised reviews must be disclosed where required
3. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, irrelevant, or misleading

Enforcement

We may (at our discretion):

1. Remove content
2. Suspend or restrict accounts
3. Refuse listings or delist items
4. Report serious issues to relevant authorities where required
