IP and DMCA or Takedown Requests

HugeShop respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on HugeShop infringes your IP (copyright, trademark, or other rights), you can submit a takedown request.


What you can report




1. Copyright infringement (eg unauthorised images, videos, text)
2. Trademark infringement (eg misuse of brand name/logo)
3. Counterfeit products or misleading brand association
4. Other IP concerns (designs, product images, branding)



How to submit a takedown request




Email legal@hugeshop.com with:

1. Your full name and contact details
2. The rights holder (you or who you represent)
3. A clear description of the work/mark being infringed
4. The exact listing URL(s) or identifying details (SKU, screenshots if needed)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorised
6. A statement that the information is accurate
7. Your signature (typed name is acceptable)



What happens next




1. We acknowledge receipt
2. We review and may temporarily remove content while investigating
3. We may contact the seller/supplier for evidence or clarification
4. We may request additional documents from you if needed



Counter-notices




If content is removed and the affected party disputes the claim, they may submit a counter-notice. We will assess and respond according to applicable law and platform policy.
