Modern Slavery Statement and Ethics

HugeShop is committed to ethical business practices and working to reduce the risk of modern slavery in supply chains.

Our commitments

1. Supplier expectationsWe expect suppliers and partners to comply with applicable laws and to prohibit forced labour, child labour, debt bondage, and human trafficking.
2. Risk awarenessWe recognise that modern slavery risks can exist in global supply chains, particularly where there is limited transparency.
3. Due diligence approachWe aim to improve supplier onboarding, require clearer business information, and respond to credible reports of unethical practices.
4. ReportingWe provide channels for reporting concerns and we investigate and take action where warranted.

Reporting concerns (confidential)

Email: ethics@hugeshop.com
Please include as much detail as possible. Anonymous reports may be accepted, but may limit our ability to investigate.

Note on reporting obligations

If HugeShop becomes subject to reporting requirements under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), we will publish an updated statement in line with those requirements.
