3. Supplier expectationsWe encourage suppliers to provide accurate product materials, durability information, and responsible packaging practices.
4. Packaging and logistics awarenessWhere we can, we work toward promoting lower-waste packaging and efficient shipping options.

What we don’t do

We don’t claim every product is “eco-friendly”. Sustainability claims must be supported by suppliers with evidence where required.
